Le dispositif FPD (Dispositif de pr\u00e9vention des chutes en canot de sauvetage)<\/strong> Il s'agit d'un \u00e9quipement de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 compos\u00e9 d'une corde tress\u00e9e en HMPE \u00e0 12 brins et de manilles \u00e0 ses deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Il assure une liaison s\u00fbre et stable entre l'embarcation de sauvetage et le bossoir lors de la mise \u00e0 l'eau de l'embarcation depuis le pont du navire, emp\u00eachant ainsi les chutes accidentelles dues \u00e0 une erreur humaine ou \u00e0 une d\u00e9faillance m\u00e9canique.<\/p>
