Duracordix as a kevlar rope manufactuer, our Kevlar rope is only made from imported synthetic aramid fiber. Our 6mm（1/4”） Kevlar cord has a tensile strength of up to 19kN, second only to the higher-strength dyneema rope.
Additionally, we offer double braided Kevlar rope with an outer jacket to enhance its abrasion and cut resistance. It is particularly well-suited for use in extreme environments.

Can You Make Customized Length for 6mm Kevlar Rope?
Yes, we can make the 1/4" Kevlar rope for you in 20m or 30m lengths as individual ropes, and we can also supply it in rolls of 300m, 500m, 1000m, or other lengths as needed.
Which brand of Kevlar thread do you use?
Currently, we use imported Kevlar thread from DuPont, not raw materials made in China. As you may know, DuPont is the original and leading manufacturer of Kevlar aramid fibers. This ensures that the 6mm Kevlar rope you purchase from us is of the highest quality.
What color options do you offer for 6mm kevlar cord?
Currently, we can only offer you yellow, which is the natural color of Kevlar aramid fiber.
How do you ensure the best quality of your 6mm Kevlar rope?
First, we use only imported Kevlar aramid fibers from DuPont. For every batch, we conduct sample breaking strength tests to ensure the product you receive is free from any quality defects.
How Fast can you make the 6mm kevlar rope?
It always depends on your order quantity. For example, for 5000 meters of 6mm rope, we typically need just 2–3days for production, which is much faster than our competitors.
